Taught three times per month, this course gives students the tools to better understand themselves and lead with confidence. Through practical exercises and thoughtful discussion, students will strengthen their ability to manage emotions, communicate clearly, and make intentional choices.
Sessions may include movement, breathing techniques, journaling, and group activities designed to support focus, self-awareness, and healthy relationships. Students will explore topics such as identity, stress management, goal-setting, and personal values—all in a supportive, age-appropriate environment.
